According to its terms, the finalists had to prove that their projects were really relevant and necessary in the opinion of the \u00abpeople&#8217;s expertise\u00bb, namely, to collect 20% of the declared funding on their own by crowdfunding, attracting sponsors and other public support channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lake Baikal Foundation is pleased to announce that all three finalists of the competition have coped with the task.
