On September 13, the results of the «Good Story» contest were announced, which is held to tell about the best social and cultural initiatives of non-profit organizations from all over the country, implemented at the expense of the Presidential Grants Foundation.
The short film «Responsible Tourism» of Lake Baikal Foundation was shortlisted in two categories at once: «Best Director’s Work» and «Best Feature Film Script», winning in the second category. This means that very soon you will be able to see our film not only on social networks, but also in cinemas! We will inform you about all the details later.
The short film was created as part of the project Trash Free National Parks, winner of the grant competition of the Presidential Grants Foundation. In this video, we talk about how to behave carefully in a natural area, how to avoid unnecessary waste, how to stay overnight without harming the surrounding flora and fauna, and much more. If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s time to fix it!
The film was shot with the pro bono support of the Method Production company, the Outventure brand and the Sportmaster PRO company, the administration and state inspectors of the Zabaikalsy National Park and the World Around You Foundation also helped us in its creation.
