On November 17-19, within the framework of Russian-French cooperation in the field of ecology and new technologies, the Nice — Cote d’Azur Metropolis, the SKOLKOVO Foundation and the KSETEK clean technology platform, with the support of the Trianon dialogue held a forum with the participation of companies and startups from Russia and France.
On November 17, Anastasia Tsvetkova, CEO of Lake Baikal Foundation, took part in a session on waste management. Anastasia described current requests to high-tech companies in the field of composting, especially in the context of preserving unique natural ecosystems, and shared the Foundation’s experience in developing a system for sustainable management of municipal solid waste in Zabaikalsky national park.
Forum participants discussed eco-friendly solutions to existing problems. 10 representatives of Russian and French startups spoke about innovative technologies that can be used to develop a waste management system at different levels.
Following the forum, several bilateral meetings are planned between Anastasia Tsvetkova and interested high-tech startups.
