Evgeniya Elkina

Project manager. Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with a Bachelor’s degree in International Environmental Law with knowledge of foreign languages. Evgeniya obtained a Master’s degree in Environment and Resource Management with specialization in Energy and Climate at Free University of Amsterdam (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam), The Netherlands. She was an assistant to the national expert at UNIDO Centre for International Industrial Cooperation in the Russian Federation. Evgeniya was also an EcoLaw fellow having received a grant from the German Federal Foreign Office to conduct research on the implementation of the Paris Agreement in Russia. Fluent in English and German.
