Olga Amelkina

Project Manager. She graduated from the Dostoevsky Omsk State University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in «Jurisprudence (Law)» with specialization in Corporate Law. Additionally, she took courses in Economics, Management, and Social Entrepreneurship.

She holds a Master of Science degree from Uppsala University (Sweden) in Sustainable Development. The topic of her master’s thesis is «The role of law for improving municipal solid waste management: comparing Russia and Sweden (EU)».

She completed a one-year exchange study at the Swedish University of Agricultural sciences (SLU, Uppsala) with focus on sustainable natural resource management and project management, as well as a one-year internship at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH, Stockholm) with focus on waste management. During her studies in Uppsala, she successfully implemented a project to introduce separate collection of food waste in student dormitories. She took part in many international youth meetings and forums on sustainable development. Fluent in English.
